Our Shows

This school year

Our shows are original musicals written specifically for primary school children, performed by highly experienced West End musical theatre performers who share our commitment to bringing quality material into schools throughout the country.

Our shows are performed by teams of two West End actors playing schoolchildren, who in the course of their adventures interact with the best of classic and contemporary children’s literature.

Each show is appropriate from Reception to KS2, and we perform to groups of 250 at a time, dividing larger schools into sequential performances.

  • "‘A truly excellent production. Our children and staff said that it was the best live entertainment that they had ever seen."
  • "The show was fantastic. A great boost for a book week! The children were fully engaged right from the start."
  • "‘Fantastic! We have had a brilliant morning. All children from reception to Year 6 thought it was excellent and the teachers were full of praise."
  • "I thought the quality of the singing was fabulous and the response of the children was fantastic"
  • "The children were spellbound! Thoroughly enjoyed the session and were all engaged.  Lots of follow up opportunities.’"

Rev It Up!

NOW BOOKING FROM
SEPTEMBER 2010 to JULY 2011

Claire always thought herself to be a rather ordinary person. Yet here she is, behind the wheel of a solar powered racing car, with the roar of engines booming in her ears! One thing is certain - she simply has to overcome all the obstacles set in her way and get past the finish line ahead of Ben Boswell, the scariest boy in the school! The only thing on her side seems to be the mystery package with the words ‘FUEL YOUR MIND’ waiting in the glove box...

Rev It Up! is set in a primary school where a race has been announced; a race that involves pupils building their own vehicles using only recycled materials. The central themes in the show are self-esteem and friendship; the two key characters in the story undertake an emotional journey in which they discover new insights and understandings about themselves and their relationships. Rev It Up! also addresses environmental issues and recycling.

Jungle Bungle

Last Year's Show - bookings have now closed

It was all just a crazy mistake. When Claire agreed to go with that new boy Oliver on a pretend expedition it was only into his garden but somehow they had ended up a lot further away from home than that.  Here they were in a jungle without supplies, without a mobile or a map! And all they have to point the way is that crazy compass that seemed to have a magical mind of its own.  Oh and did I mention that they were being followed?

Join Claire and Oliver on a musical safari for an adventure created to celebrate friendship, understanding and the important role reading can have in our lives. This original musical is written and performed by the best the professional industry can bring to schools. It will inspire and involve students of all ages in appreciating each other and how books can assist in answering the questions that everybody asks at some time in their lives.  Jungle Bungle is an affirmation of life, friendship and how embracing difference and facing up to one’s fears can help in finding out about who we are.
